Hey, Tony here one last time before our call!

I wanted to get you some Frequently Asked Questions to give you some more insight into the referrals our service generates before our call. While our referrals are only a part of our total business building system, it does initially generate the most partner questions.

1) Where do your referrals come from?

We actually generate them using the same sources most Fortune 500 businesses use to generate their clients and customers...online. We use a combination of different marketing sources (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc) and find people looking for your help and simply send them to you in real-time.

However, our core business is what is known as big data and by using artificial intelligence (computer learning) combined with the fact that we've purchased the mobile ID of every cell phone in the country (280 million mobile devices and counting) we are able to track their location in real time. We then deliver ads to them (on over 2 million websites, games, and apps) based on their over 10 billion behaviors which our algorithm had determined indicates they are in the market to purchase a home and may need a new mortgage. It is kind of like big brother but is highly effective and with over two dozen attorneys on our team, we are always in total compliance.

You won't believe this but we are also able to "snatch" prospects directly from websites like Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com and even your competitor's websites. We then turn to over 200 DSPs (Demand-side Platform) which allow buyers of digital advertising inventory to manage multiple ad exchange and data exchange accounts through one interface (we currently conduct over 8 million bids per second for our clients) we then purchase enough ad inventory to generate the number of mortgage referrals needed for you and all the rest of our clients. As complicated as it sounds, and it truly is, we've been pioneers in this area for over 25 years and no one knows the industry better. PERIOD.

2) How many referrals can I expect?

This really depends on how big an area you service and you bandwidth to handle new business. Some of our clients are happy with 5-10 referrals a week, some 5-20 referrals a day and others demand 100+ each day! Obviously, the bigger the area you service the more opportunity for referrals.

3) How much does your service cost?

First, it is important for you to understand our service is an investment. To clarify, that doesn't mean it's expensive by any means!

Our goal is to operate like any other investment you make in your business...to achieve a positive Return On Investment (ROI).

For every $1 you invest with us, we strive to provide you a minimum return of $2 back. Although, it usually (87.34% of the time) ends up being at least $5 to $20 back for every $1 you spend with us and for our larger clients $50 and up for every dollar invested is the norm.

To answer the original question, our service pricing really depends on how big of an area you want to handle and the volume of referrals you are looking for.

However, no matter what, we always start with a small trial so you can test out the referrals and experience the quality of these referrals and how it all works for essentially no-risk.

4) How long does it take before I get my first referral?

You'll typically get your first referral within 48-72 hours of you approving the campaign.

5) Do you guarantee your service?

Yes and no. We absolutely 100% guarantee you will get referrals. No questions asked.

However, we do not guarantee you will close 'X%' of them. Here's why...

We don't know how your process works. We can't control anything that happens once we give you the referral.

We can absolutely help you ensure you have a good process in place to follow up and even provide some tips to improve your chances to close based on what our most successful clients are doing.

A quick tip...our most successful clients follow up with the referrals we send them within 5 minutes... but no worries as we can help automate this process as well, allowing you to have a life and, in fact, sometimes can have appointments booked before you even pick up the phone!
