During your interview, I believe it is important for us to be as candid and honest as possible, no different than when dealing with our auto dealership clients (which is hard when what you are offering sounds too good to be true) with that said, there was a time when we were not forthright in the commission potential because it does not sound possible for many to earn that amount of money, but we assure you, it is and people ARE.
 
BUT, at the same time, the opportunity may be "simple" but it is NOT "easy"... for anyone that has sold to auto dealerships before, it takes an incredible amount of effort and wherewithal to pin GMs down, just to do a 10-15 minute pitch. Even GMs that reach out to us, at times have to reschedule time and time again before we sign them. 
 
We have perfected and modeled the exact way to success, but it is something you will have to learn and trust.
 
For your first 10-20 or so deals, you may want us to do the actual pitch and close for you, We are only a text message away and besides, you still get the full recurring commission and then once you are 100% confident, you can begin doing your own pitches and closes.
 
I also wanted to share a little more sales collateral, which could either help you to understand our flagship product even more or maybe even generate additional questions that you might want to ask during our interview.
 
We currently have approximately 120 reps/agents on our team, many in excess of 25 years experience in sales that tell us they've never experienced the level of sales training (daily) and support from ANY company. Even Fortune 500 organizations. We pride ourselves on truly being partners with our reps.
 
Now once you join our organization, because you are an independent sales representative, we cannot require that you attend any meeting or training that we offer. However, if you do not get the training needed to be the very best closer you can be, you will likely close way below the standard closing ratio of your colleagues. In the beginning, even though we can pitch and close or you, you still have to learn how to make the initial approach to the receptionist, through to the General Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Internet Manager, etc., and what to say and do in order to champion each of them into helping you secure 10-15 minutes with the GM (General Manager.) You will soon learn to appreciate that the online meetings/trainings are brief but absolutely vital to keep up with the rapid changes in the services we offer.
 
We hold 30-minute sales calls every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday at 9:00 am PST/12 noon EST that emphasize getting the GM to agree to a 10-minute pitch and then a 90 minute Sales Training Webinar for closers (Kevin may show his computer screen) every Thursday at 5:00 pm PST/8:00 pm EST.
 
Lastly, I wanted to share two more items. The first is an example of the web page that each of our reps receives, with lots of product information for curious dealerships to peruse.
 
 
Secondly, you also receive your own branded video, we actually have 4 different versions from 3 minutes to the full 7-minute presentation that are extremely informative.
