The training really will answer 95% of any questions you might have. When you do have a question, write them down and see if you do not find an answer as you proceed through the training. And if not, by the next sales call or training call, when Kevin is taking questions, ask your question for the benefit of the whole group.

You are an independent sales rep. We cannot require that you attend any meeting or training that we offer. However, if you do not get the training needed to be the very best closer you can be, you will likely close way below the standard closing ratio of your colleagues. The online meetings and 
trainings are brief but vital to keep up with the rapid changes in the services we offer.
 
We hold 30-minute sales calls every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday at 9:00 am PST/12 noon EST that emphasizes on getting the GM to agree to a 10-minute pitch and then we conduct a 90 minute Sales Training Webinar for those that want be be closers (Kevin may show his computer screen) every Thursday at 5:00 pm PST/8:00 pm EST.

Make sure you have a headset with a microphone and stay muted when you are not speaking.

You will need to be responsible for attending each sales call and training calls, there are no reminders sent and the dial-in and web meeting URL stays the same. You might want to set up a Google calendar with reminders (available in your email, for a tutorial, visit https://youtu.be/tSM21pdVd5g) for Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays at 9:00 am PDT/12:00 noon EDT and Thursday evenings at 5:00 pm PDT/8:00 pm EDT only if you want to be a closer. Allow for 30-45 minutes weekdays and 90 minute to 2 hours for Thursday evenings.
