Ok, so yesterday I teased you about a pretty slick technology that you can use to start driving incoming calls in a matter of days, even hours. 
 
Have you heard of ringless voicemail? 
 
It’s a technology where you can leave a voicemail with someone without their phone ringing. It’s pretty neat. 
 
Here’s the thing…
 
It appears that you actually reached out to the person and left them a message. 
 
It leaves your prospects thinking that you’re a magician. 
 
You record the message once, and can set it up to go out to all of your incoming leads (automatically), or past prospects, or can do a blast to a purchased list or a list from your title rep. 
 
There are quite a few ways you can use it, and tomorrow I am going to share a powerful way to use it to pretty much guarantee you more business. 
 
Anyways, a client of ours recently purchased 2,500 aged leads for an investment of $625.
 
This loan officer sent out 1,100 voicemails. 
 
Remember—you record the message ONCE, and can blast out to as many as you want. 
 
They were blown away with 77 inbound phone calls!
 
It ended up costing them $8.81 per incoming call. 
 
So, if you’re not using ringless voicemail to generate incoming calls, it’s something you might want to look into. 
 
WARNING: Never send out more than 1,000 at a time, however, unless you have a team to field the calls. You WILL get swamped with calls for the first couple of hours.
