Dean, here one of Santa's Elf's. I'm in charge landing pathways for Santa's sleigh. A fly over revealed you had too many units on the lot for him to land. He said he only needs about 15 units gone and he can set the sleigh down, even though it would be tough.

He asked me to get with you and come up with a solution!

So here's what I came up with:

I know almost every dealer uses the "Buy Back" Program. I also know its one of the activities that Sales people like the least and usually are not very good at. I also know that for you - its a money pit. 

But I can change that. I can turn those outbound dialers into inbound appointment setters. Having the stats from over 1000 dealerships that have participated with us, we know exactly what to expect. You and I both know its a numbers game!

So here's the numbers - 1000 calls produces 100 call backs. If your team is average, they can set 50 appointments. The national average of show ups is 50%, so that means 25 people will show up interested in buying.

If your sales staff is halfway decent, you should sell 13 units. With a national average profit of $2K per unit - that puts $26K of profit in your pocket.

More important - that's real close to the space Santa needs to land the sleigh!

Santa want to do this so bad - he told me to offer to do this for free! That's right free, to prove to you it can be done. 

Here's your dilemma - "how to get a 1000 calls made in 3 days?"
