We have customers looking for reliable lender to fulfill their need in your area, wondering if you can take on a few more loans?
 

Now Over the past few weeks we’ve come across people, in your area, looking for a loan that have gone unmet and I need a new Lender that I can count on who can handle these loan application requests we’ve been getting.  I actually have more applications coming in than I have lenders to handle them. 

I like to talk with you briefly, to see if you would be a good fit, someone I can count on to fulfill the loan request coming in.
 

I also need to know what type of loan products you specialize in at your company, so that anytime a homeowner request matches in your area, looking for a loan product you offer, we can forward them directly to you. 
 

I require my loan officers to do three things, to make sure that this is a success.  

1) I need you to commit to taking these requests from us for 90 days, 

2) I need you to let me know within 24 hours if you can’t contact the requests we send you for any reason 

3) I need you to give us feedback on the applications we send you so we can make sure we send you only the best applications.
 

If you can do these 3 things, I guarantee that you’ll be successful.
