Fair enough?

THREE). You cover our syndication/marketing costs of $197.  so after we've produced the Review Commercial, we can put it online and broadcast it to all the major social and video networks, your website, anywhere you desire. Sound Good?

Again, Typically a production like this would cost $2000 and we are picking up all the expenses, All we are asking is ONLY $197 to help pay for your syndication/marketing costs.
