As for the wide angle view: Basic business phone services will include these features; You are able to purchase your own dedicated phone numbers through the system for outbound calling, inbound calling, and texting. The typical incoming call can ring to a round robin linking up to an agent calling group who can receive calls at their personal numbers or devices, if the call is not picked up then the subject is routed to voicemail and hears your customized greeting and voicemail option tree. The subject can leave a message, be texted, be routed to different groups which can be preconfigured to edu-sell to the prospect through a number of channels.
