So what's possible to achieve?

    The Tribal Museum and the families which will support it are a public good and carry forward an ancient heritage. The native Steilacoom people have been a presence that have, in a measure, made the town what it is and wish to be an influence going forward.

    Several things are germaine to this process, these are: the goals set by the tribe, the use that is allowed by existing zoning and ordinance (like occupancy of under 25), the benefits that can be derived by these improvements for the main downtown corridor, and meeting the expectations of the funding partners (local and state). 

    The big reveal here is, 
that by using local builders with a low-overhead organizational structure, there may be enough in the capitol budget to perform an exterior face lift, If so, the tribe has expressed the desire to pull in influences reflecting the Costal Salish culture that was part of the formation of this area.
