    I learned that the parties that have a stake in {mile_post}, have been gathering resources & relationships for successfully advancing this project. Including developing a list of objectives, identifying and capturing the best and most cost effective means for best results, and may need to develop a means to monitor the activity of the various partners, post the progress, advertise, host and award bid packages, and foster collaboration between the stake partners; and source all the many data points needed to process and leverage them for the best results.

  All of these things determine the degree to which this project will be successful, there are often small things that are a tipping point in the success of a public private partnership, little tweaks that create an increase in communication, convenience, accountability, reporting, and cost savings. If I could impress on you a few elements that you could bring to your present systems, namely adding a collaboration piece, then I'm confident you won't want to be without some of the following suggested features.

What can we offer that improves upon your present systems:

1.     A partner facing website that shows the parties involved in this project, their information, their expectations, proposals, scope of project, and  containing the ability to edit, encrypt, and add to their information.
2.     Includes features that foster and enable proposal & contract building, e-signatures, progress reports, tasking, timelines, invoicing, timed release of funds, or per-component release of funds. 
3.     Another significant benefit to the collaboration portal, is a communication portal that is attached. This involves the ability to reach out richly and effectively to all members that are signatory to, or are stake holders in the project. 4.     An increase in rapid response rate to move along whatever current initiative is required on the project.
