Dear {first_name}, I'm Phil Prietto of City Gates Ministries. One thing we do here is connect those in need of a helping hand with local services. Through the various ministries of City Gates, we have helped people who needed a hand up to get on their feet again. Thanks to our passionate volunteers and generous donors, we are able to help people in need with food, furniture, clothing, guidance, shelter, household goods, transition assistance from homelessness to housing, life skills training, job placement assistance, and more, since 1995.

I'm excited to announce we will be holding our 6th Annual Auction & Dinner at the Westwood Baptist Church, 333 Kaiser Rd NW, Olympia, WA 98502 on November 13, 2021.

This is a great opportunity for you to help City Gates assist the disadvantaged throughout the Thurston County area. We are receiving donations of goods or services to be auctioned. We are also promoting event sponsorships, this means you can purchase a seat for the auction and dinner, or a whole table of eight, and undertake to fill your seats. In return we will advertise for you in our auction brochure, on our website, facebook page, and in our monthly newsletter which goes out to a mailing list of almost 2,000 people in the Thurston County area. Proceeds from this event will support City Gates’ many humanitarian programs and services.

As a member of the community, you may be interested in getting involved in an initiative to turn the tide of homelessness and despondency with the gospel. At any rate, I'm pleased to be able to extend a great discount offer for those purchasing sponsorships of an 8 person table… normally $75.00 per seat, a table will be only $65.00 per seat. That coupled with a great dinner, a truly inspiring gala atmosphere, and some really great deals on many valuable auction items.
