    I'll get right to it... As you know, this health crisis is generating both economic disruption, and changes to how we live our daily lives. One of the largest sectors in the country and one of the most challenging is the education sector, in western states and nationally; most or all schools have now moved to remote learning.

    What I want to propose is: that Karma can be of national importance by creating a format for school districts which serve families with limited or no Internet access... In other words by putting forward a program by which under served students can receive mobile Internet access using your wireless infrastructure. 

    If you have deployed wireless solutions for education, you'll know that the devices and data charges can be prohibitive for some families. However if a creative approach for furnishing services can be devised; the cost for data & devices could be absorbed by the school districts, after-all they are required to provide adequate education. Making this practically a forced market in our present situation. 

    Let me give you a prospective use-case: The family of a student notifies the school they are unable to access the learning materials via the Internet. The school presents available options, and directs them to a request page or a registration page, where options for the loan of a device and for internet connectivity are available. 

    Now of note here is; that there are other options out there, such as Comcast's (xfinity), offer specifically for the virus threat, of 60 days of free internet and low cost going forward (with proof of low income) this offer can be reviewed here: https://corporate.comcast.com/covid-19. Also the head of the fcc has issued new directives, which can be seen here: https://www.fcc.gov/document/chairman-pai-launches-keep-americans-connected-pledge. 

    So I am proposing that Karma can offer a similar service, but for mobile internet connectivity, which will set this service apart from the terrestrial providers.

    In interest of brevity I will cut this short... here is the offer on the table: if Karma can partner with me in a low cost initial offer then I believe I can get Karma sims in thousands of households.  I have a reasonable basis for this projection, due to the requests I am now receiving from local school district superintendents. And as you know time is of the essence in this time of national crisis. So what say you?  
    That said, 
 I can't deny seeing an opportunity here in the coming days, I would like to be able to report to various state offices of superintendents of public instruction, and local school district superintendents that we have solutions for them. 

Oh, then there's this

    Another sector reeling from these changes is Realty Brokerages. Here are some ways that we may be able to help; using in this case, IoT...  Here is a use case in which a Karma hotspot and a creatively engineered messenger bot, could keep a brokerage together during trying times: 
 
    Lets say a buyer, realtor, or investor arrives at the broker's real estate listing; either physically or he views it online... Realtors  would benefit from knowing they visited! How about if that included the visitor's contact data and their level of interest?
 
    A motion activated, site specific command to an access point at the location, would send a link to the visitors device that opens a f.b. messenger bot, which would be an intuitive point to enter relevant info. This would be especially helpful, right now with people who are trying to avoid unnecessary contact, or with agents that are not coming into the office, because of the health crisis. Part of this concept might include a lock-box code delivery method, which captures specific info or has the agent sign an agreement. Further, how about if a service provider needs to access the property, or for that matter needs to be monitored while on the job... a motion activated video feed could be shown live at a remote location.

    This is a conceptual first in the marketplace, not only can I assure it happens... but also that we (Karma) can push this system out to every realtor in the country. And is there any doubt that a reward follows? If we are going to be a solution for the extreme duress many people whether in the public or private-sector are under, it behooves us to step up. I would love you to reply if you'd like to dialog on that.
 
    Also some issues to be discussed, germane to one or both markets: I would like to pursue the possibility of discounted data rates... or if Karma is offering grants, or if Karma would like to offer grants, (under written by the govt.). With some of the federal dollars being released, one could pose a credible case for landing some of those dollars.

    But more to the point, with all that we propose, so much is market leading, and so much right now is on the verge of change. There are ways that we are ahead of change, and can offer a soft landing to others.   4.     After 90 days should the results meet the above standards, (in short, "increasing the rate of prospective enterprise buyers"), and the corresponding payment made (below), then Netcloner will execute the transfer of full control to the enterprise group at Karma, including the lead aggregation sites, the full featured netcloner saas utility, with all login codes, 10 submanager accounts, pre-configured and running live campaigns and personalized training made available to your agents.
