Getting The Most From Your Data Base (a three part series)

 

     {first_name} where do you want to go, in terms of fully leveraging past customers and contacts?  What if there were a way to re-engage past contacts... give value, and make them customers for life.  


    To get to a global view of the lifetime value of a lead, consider that there is: a) pre-sales time frame, b) the marketing engagement time frame, and c) post-sales engagement time frame. Of course there are many variations on this construct, but let's break this down for an example customer. 
    
    The lead comes into the system through a past relationship, attraction by an ad, a landing page, a purchased lead, or a referral. Here is a pre-sales opportunity; you are going to establish trust and position yourself as the obvious expert. This sets up the successful advancement of a long-term, trusted adviser, buying and selling relationship. You may wish to abstain from marketing to the individual on your first interactions, just provide value. Then you're going to reach out with referrals and products that the customer tells you they need. 
    
    Next will be the marketing time frame in which we serve the customer our full range of concierge services. These include every thing to sustain successful delivery of products, services, and support.

    Now let's get to the after market or post-sales. As a valued customer we're going to route them on to a "next door" style social network, a homesaver's exchange. It's like a consumer savings network, a social network, and a business directory, with a little welcome wagon thrown in.

Because Net Cloner is about reaching out and expanding networks, an organic by-product of this is that we build relationships with various local business's, many of these business's elect to participate in what we call our Professional Exchange. 
 

    The Exchange consists of a database, or directory, of business which both consume goods and services and provide them to fellow members. This internal  economy can be quantified using a points based system and those points can be applied to access these services. Point accrual can be an effective medium of exchange. We maintain a "point trust" which records services rendered on a points basis, assesses & confirms the values, and monitors point distribution and their reimbursements. 


    It's theoretically possible by leveraging these tools and adhering to our community ethic, which rewards members for contributing to the benefit of fellow members; that one can defray not only data costs, but benefit in many other ways including: system and software upgrades, acquire tools & services offered by others on the exchange, while also providing your services, goods, or assets in exchange for value duly rendered.
