    There's so much available here with so little ground work needed, or rather that the groundwork has been already done.
    The following is a better descriptor of how we can work together: 

    {first_name}, what can I offer in terms of a joint venture in which we both partake of certain shared benefits?

    I will put forward some of what I might provide below. As to what you might provide... you have extensive experience in application development, and with your machine learning background, perhaps your skills could enhance aspects of the architecture which makes up the 
visionary ground-swell known as The Professional Exchange.

    If that is so, thinking out-loud here, consider the potential in being equipped with possibly the most advanced, cutting edge sales tools, and methodologies? And for your part, your chosen market could benefit from these marketing innovations, being offered to them? Since as you know, we have the discretion to distribute an unlimited number of these packages.

    Barring further possibilities, these seem to be sufficient inducement to work out a joint venture. So read my recommendations at the end, and get ready for an architecture that may improve upon your present systems. Just read some of the benefits a joint venture could provide:

    1) Our partnership would provide an increased response rate for your current outreach efforts, by the addition of an intelligent combination to what your are already doing and a couple channels you are not, principally incoming voice campaigns and ringless voice mail drops.

    2) Enhance you with the ability to "be in the ear" of the client when the searching, buying or selling process is taking place.

    3) A platform from which to offer to targeted industries & agencies, these ramped up capabilities, with the Manager/Member paradigm, the  "member" who has bought in to the manager's system, can log into "their own" system that gives them these types of capabilities, and the manager can garner further revenue from the voice minutes, data, and intelligence gathering features.

    4) The potential of a sleeping giant outreach mechanism, at your fingertips, namely: all communication via data, all your important contact info on the cloud, all your systems running over a your own private wireless network, and the ability to spin off duplicate systems to other agencies, or other market verticals. Build with me a promotional platform which encompases the concept of: 

  •     Rich ip communications (via all channels),  
  •     Effective creation, publishing, sharing and automating of your messaging. 
  •     Adds the member in a global directory, that he can build/manage.
  •     Rewards members for a variety of actions, dynamically through a blockchain-like system. 
  •     Archives each members important information, contact database and history.
  •     Logs tracks & manages these relationships through systems you can automate. 
  •     A platform that is decentralized (independent of other social networks) that maintains users anonymity, while enabling user to build resources. 
  •     A platform that can spin of child sites with one click, and itself be easily replicated.
    Most of this is in place but a reward bank that is reliable is an important part of the development, and may be one practical way to participate in the development. If interested we need to talk {first_name}. 

What a partnership might look like 

     Our participation might be most effective if you leverage the platform as a manager:

Created as a companion software, this Adobe Air application finds, filters & loads, leads into your contact center. It is also very useful as a standalone lead generator, it is also white-labeled, which means that you can re-brand it, sell it, or likewise gift it.

    Perhaps most important; working together, we will be introducing a ground-breaking paradigm, probably first out the gate with this kind of service. Twilio our third party interchange, has kept this wireless functionality under wraps, but are moving rapidly toward a public release, as evidenced by the recent additions to the functionality of their system, which surprisingly enable; building and enabling voice and sms channels into their back-end, (a recent change to their earlier focus solely on data for IOT).  

    It's pretty evident, that communication programmers will be moving massively in this direction. There will likely be an injection of hundreds of new services... Which is why my instinct tells me; that now and not later, is the time to be first to market and be on the leading edge of the trend.

    {first_name}, I'm pretty sure that every thing I have just proposed is right on the cusp, as if the stars were aligning, the tools are now in place for this development to happen rapidly in a big way, like with almost no delay... provided we can exert a concentration on it, with a few experienced hands.
