    When you purchased, you initiated a process, designed to handle a flow of inbound prospects, on an ongoing basis. This will continue as long as either; your accumulated credits are suficient to cover maintenance costs, or our payment gateway continues to automatically draw your monthly maintenance payment.

    You also received 600 reward points which amounts to a value equivalent to $120.00 (one point equals $0.20 or 20 credits). 

   System credits can be purchased or earned by completing various actions. These credits can be used, among other things, to cover data costs needed for calling, messaging and emailing. When or if your credits are used up, you simply purchase more within the system, at between 0.01 - 0.02 cents per credit.

After you are active; for maximum quick-start efficiency, select the "Inbound" menu bar Item, scroll to "Add Campaign"  and build your first inbound campaign. After you start receiving calls you can hover over "Report" on the menu bar, select "Call Report" to see all inbound calls with their originating names, numbers, time, date, duration, group assignment, and listen to it's recording, just for fun!
