    There are 4 levels of involvement on this platform #1) Information only access to the public facing site (complimentary). #2) Access to the live site only; including: the archived site with the ability to augment, upload exhibits and delete content, and private logins (complimentary). #3) Join the full feature set as a member, with all the communication, scheduling, estimating, contract builder, and invoicing features.(nominal monthly fee)  #4) Own the most robust, powerfull and feature filled architecture for managing projects private or public. This includes your own fully customized and branded content-management and communication framework.      With your subscripion to levels #2- #4 you'll have received email that prompts you to reply to that email, when you reply you receive your login credentials. As a result of replying to our email, your subscription is in effect, you will receive the following resources:
a. Logins to the live site, walk through invitation for understanding how the elements work together.
b. Access to the Project Handling Policies
c. Access to the quality Audit Forms


    We will also train your project manager, or recruit a candidate for your project management needs, based on your requirements.
Simultaneously, we will also build your inbound and outbound phone, text and email modules and purchase and register your personalized phone numbers with your aplicable area codes.
    If you choose to host the platform, once the Project Development framework is purchaced, we will do the training of your Team Leads and start setting up your projects.

Implementation  Process & Selecting the Right Level (2 Weeks)

1st Round (Collaboration)
Work with the client to build customized job descriptions and utilize level#2, #3, or #4 to identify the right profile for the client.
2nd Level (Selection Process)
Conduct interview to determine if adequte for client's requirements, begin building project agenda.
3rd Level (Client Meet & Greet) build agenda
Client meets with steakholders, builds steakholders profiles in the system. Builds Project Handling Policy, and quality audit forms.
4th Level (Candadite On-Boarding) 
Finalize Team heads, checklist for orientation for subcontractor processes. Budget, contracting, and agreements signed
Final Round (Training and preparation)
Conducts 5-day training specific to technical knowledge, building time lines, gantt charts, uploading exhibits to manage the biding process. load articles and statements to prepare the agents for full production.
