Hello {first_name},

To use the native SMS features inside your White Label, you will need to comply with specific regulations that have been imposed by mobile carriers (Verizon, AT&T, and T-mobile). One such regulation is what is referred to as “Application-to-person-10-digit-long-codes.” or A2P 10DLC.
This A2P 10DLC will be a positive change and will help you and your users to connect with customers more effectively and providing higher deliverability. It will better monitor and block spam messaging that your customers receive, and by registering through Twilio's Trust Hub your messages will continue to be sent to their recipients.
