We are glad to have you as our new client. We are truly thankful that you have chosen Education Support Center to handle your federal student loans. Over the years, we have gained a solid reputation of work efficiency, effectiveness, dedication and utmost professionalism. We are experienced and always staying current on FSA laws, procedures, and related issues.

One of our many customer service representative will be contacting you to make sure your case is compliant and all information disclosed is verified. In order to process your file, we will need the following and time is of the essence, we cannot start until we get this done first.

1. Payment or Deposit through Education Support Center secure online Invoice:
As agreed we do not start your file and pause your current loan payments until you make your first payment to Education Support Center as agreed.

Once that clears your loans will be put on Academic Forbearance and Submitted to the DOE for your new Loan Forgiveness program. (You will receive a letter from DOE within 60-90days)

Bank statement will say Education Support Center.
 
2. We NEED your proof of Income (POI) and any other documents as discussed to prove your hardships.

Depending on your case the adviser will ask you for your 2 most current pay stubs within 90 days. If we cannot pull your taxes from our side because the address or marital status you gave us is incorrect we will be needing a copy from you. This is the most important part of the process so please try to get it to us soon as possible if we ask for these documents.
 
3. If you are married and filing jointly please send in your 1040, which is the first 2 pages of your Taxes to customerservice@educationsupportcenter.us
    
If there is any other missing information we may need to enroll you into the promised plan we will call or email you as soon as possible. Please get back to us with the requested information so we can get you the promised plan in a timely manner.
