The first step in the student loan consolidation process is that your loans will be put on Academic Forbearance and Submitted to the DOE for your new Loan Forgiveness program. (You will receive a letter from FedLoan within 90 days)

We MIGHT NEED your proof of Income (POI) and any other documents as discussed to prove your hardships, depending on your case the adviser will ask you for your 2 most current pay stubs within 90 days. If we cannot pull your taxes from our side because the address or marital status you gave us is incorrect we will be needing a copy from you. This is the most important part of the process so please try to get it to us soon as possible if we ask for these documents.
