I ordered from little Caesar’s the other day not because it was the best pizza in town or that they have an app, but because they made it easy for me to order, pay, and come pick up my food without having to interact with anyone unless I wanted to.

The cool thing about this is that you can do the same thing they are doing without having to build a fancy app or pay a lot of money.
