Requirements to participate:

#1. Proper staffing

Must have at least 2-3 Sales or BDC specifically managing the incoming traffic from         these campaigns.

#2. Proper call handling, appointment setting and vetting

Staff must be trained to vette calls and set appointments.

Training will be provided- Sample calls, best appointment setting techniques and sample conversations.

#3. Online Survey- (After Campaign Completion)

We request you fill out an online survey to provide us with valuable feedback.
