A few days ago I sent you a link to an article "9 Most Important Appointment Setting Tips You'll Ever Hear" because it seemed to speak to your situation. I read that 2016 is the first year in seven  where automotive sales are projected to decline. So, congratulations to you and your team on the keeping the fires hot. I know it is hard to keep leads coming in and numbers up for the manufactures.

I have a few questions:
When you get a lead on the phone, what would you say is your #1 most effective appointment setting technique?
How do you believe your Up ratio would increase if these were qualified leads?

The reason I am asking is because my company specializes in delivering quality inbound traffic at a fraction of the price of Autotrader. We are successful in mortgage, real estate and education (all high dollar items) and we are having fun implementing this in the automotive industry.
