Although the author misses some specific aspects of the auto industry that only a professional like you would know, I thought this article was pretty insightful.

I’ve been thinking about this because my company is struggling with the same issue. Although we have just launched our automated voicemail follow-up service PowerUps and recently signed with multiple dealer franchises, from Chevrolet to Mercedes, we’ve been working on our appointment setting techniques like the article profiled.
