It was good talking to you today. I'm attaching a copy of the Non-discloser agreement I want you to have in case we talk again.

I’ll be back in touch with you about the referrals as soon as I’ve done my homework and ascertained what I’m up against; competition wise, market size, etc. etc.

As we talked about on our call I try to keep everything simple and usually get a straight 20% referral fee. After I send you a few calls I require a $500 retainer. The retainer covers your first $2000.00 in new sales that I'll send you. It's up to you to answer the phone and close the sale. If you don't, the calls go to someone else who hopefully (for me) will close them.

If you don’t hear back from me within the next few days it probably means that for one reason or another I won't be sending you calls. If you'd like to know why just call me and we'll discuss it.

FYI: Even if I personally don't send you calls. If I don't already have clients in your market area then there is NO DOUBT I can make your phone ring and help you close more business.
