Quartz pricing is rising due to Cambria's anti-dumping & countervailing duty petition this year. The question is how much will the tax be? As you know, most major suppliers are beginning to raise their prices (even a few suppliers who are not affected by the passed law). 

At this moment, no one will know exactly what the tax will be but companies are already raising the bar on their prices which is causing a big sway in business transactions.
