The needed task is for you to call one of our borrowers and ask them for their 2015 tax returns. All pages please. 

When you call them and request these documents the borrower says they have already sent them in and they get irritated.  What do you do and what do you say?

 

 

 

Your next task is to call a another borrower and go over the 3 conditions that the underwriter has requested to approve their loan. When you the call the borrower and request these 3 items the borrower gets overwhelmed and says.... I don't know how to get those documents.  I have no idea what to do. What do you do and say?
