Thank you for your request in aid for your department.

Requirements:
1.     Departments or Officers who are considering an aid request for tourniquets (TQs) must have a budgetary shortfall or issues in order to request application. In addition to the lack of funding departments who already have deployed tourniquets are not eligible for additional resources.
2.     Individual Officers should make request through their department on department letterhead with a contact name, phone number and email. If the department meets the criteria in paragraph 1 and wishes to implement TQs to the whole department the department should specify if they wish individual officers to each carry a TQ or equip units ( Vehicle, bike, horse, K9, or other type unit).
3.     Recipients are required to be photographed (have fun with this one) and make written receipt of TQs. Departments or officers not wanting their photos published should note such, but a photo is still required as proof of receipt of equipment. We at Bleed Blue are very aware of the public's scepticism as it relates to  charity drives and organization and we need to show we are an organization faithful to our word.
4.     If approved Bleed Blue will only ship the TQs to the address of a Law Enforcement Agency.
5.     Understand that we expect to receive more requests than we can fill and we will do our best to meet the needs of agencies who are experiencing financial difficulties, but we may not be able to help everyone...this year.
