Please note: review all calls over 60 secs to determine how effectively your team has been in converting those interested prospects into appointments. 

We recommend going thru the call report in detail and listening to the various audio recordings.  There will always be room for improvement and this tool is a great way to learn from and train with for your entire sales team.
