* We generated over 75 incoming calls in about 3 1/2 hours (with some being repeat calls).

Please note: there are quite a few where the call duration was under :30secs. These are typically the ones where your voicemail pickedup and they did NOT leave a message. While you know who called and when (using the data in the report), clearly it's better to have someone answer live vs sending them to voicemail.

We recommend going thru the call report in detail and listening to the various audio recordings. There will always be room for improvement and this tool is a great way to learn from and train with for your entire sales team.
