Thanks for the time today. I'm following up with you regarding our 360SalesBoost PowerUPs program.  

I'm including a copy of our simple, very straight forward "Managed Services Agreement" 
(please see attached document)

To ensure we're on the same page, there are a few main items that I'd like to point out so that everything is abundantly clear:

• There is ZERO ($0) upfront cost for you to have us run your initial campaign for you.

• Your initial invoice is only due upon your complete satisfaction.  You only pay if you are 100% satisfied with the results of the campaign.  If you're not completely satisfied for any reason you owe $0. 

• Regarding any concerns about the safety of your customer data... please note the "Acknowledgement" print on our agreement basically outlines that your data is completely safe and confidential. "Your data will not be shared, sold, or displayed to any other parties without your express written consent."

• In addition, as a bonus, we'll actually provide your data BACK TO YOU ... CLEAN! We will let you know which phone numbers and email addresses are valid and which are not.

I suggest you start your test campaign with 1000 leads that are 2-4+ years old and we will run your 1st campaign on a Thursday (between 2pm and 4pm) and by Monday, we will reconnect to determine if you were satisfied with the campaign and would like to continue running it at 1000 per week through your entire database.
