Thank you for your time on the phone. First off, I am not trying to sell the church anything. I have included some information about the system. We are donating the system that we normally sell for above $2000.00 to businesses. We would like to donate access, with included free training to your church. The system is called Hot Prospector, It is like a CRM (Customer Relations Management) tool. We sell this system to business owners all over the world since 2010. It has a wide range of communication tools for multi channel communications, all integrated into one tool to manage prospects in one location. No software to download. Access the system anywhere there is an internet connection from PC, MAC, tablet or smart phones. No need for multiple systems that don't talk together. This is all in one system put together for prospecting effectively. 

 

Dashboard - At a glance reporting of current out reach programs running.

 

Contacts - Add as many prospects and groups and group them together for proper out reach ministries. Members, visitors, youth group etc. No limit on how many groups that can be added. 

 

In bound & out bound phone system - This is a VOIP phone system. No need for a separate phone system. The ability to call anyone in the contacts data base or receive calls and know who you are talking to. Like caller ID. Keep notes, send email, text messages instantly right from the prospect data screen from one easy to use tab. 

 

Email, SMS and Voice drop messaging - Send automated messages to any group or groups. These can be sent right away automatically or scheduled for a later delivery date. It also has the ability to send automatically when a new prospect is added to a group. No need for separate systems like Constant contact, Text programs. It all works together in one location.

 

PBX - Set up the system to act as your own PBX phone system with full caller ID and recording. Use it with your current phone system or use it as a stand alone phone system and access it from any where. Never miss a call, forward calls to other leaders or members. Record messages and receive voice mail.
