Overview of Initial Settings

First Things First...

Making Sure You Completed the Initial Settings for your Account:


Here's a quick overview of what will be discussed on the initial Welcome Call, so that you can have some type of outline:
 

  1. Logging in and accessing your reseller platform

    • Completing the Email & SMS Verification Process

  2. Updating your Setting>Profile Settings

    • Update your city, state and time zones

    • This will effect the times your emails and campaigns will start going out.

  3. Updating your Settings> Merchant Payment Method

    • Our system is integrated with 3 different Merchant Payment options

      1. Stripe: highly recommended, free account with no delays in transactions

      2. Paypal Business: a secondary option, possible delays due to constant changes with Paypal

      3. Authorize.net: a third option, slightly higher fees for each transaction

  4. Updating your Settings> Email Settings

    • If you recall the emails you had gotten from us to create a password? This email setting is similar to that. When you start getting customers and adding them onto your system, the system sends out emails for your customers to set up a password to log into their account.

    • Your Name: this is the name that will show up as the "From" section of your emails. You can either put your name or something to the concept of "Support", "Do Not Reply", etc.

    • Your Email: this will be he email address that will reflect where your customers are receiving these emails from. Ex: support@domain.com

  5. Updating your Settings> Terms & Condition Address

    • You will need to enter in your Business Address and contact here

  6. Logging in and accessing your Managers Platform

  7. Updating Managers Settings> Email Settings

    • This is different from the Email Settings in your Reseller platform

    • These email settings are what will be sent to your customers and prospects

    • Update your From Name: ex: Sales, Ryan, etc

    • Update your From Email: your contact email address is recommended here

  8. Directing yourself to our Knowledge Base

    • You will be able to access the Knowledge Base from both the reseller platform as well as the managers platform.

    • you will observe a section titled "Help", by selecting help the Knowledge base generates. This will be your go to or point of reference on learning the system. We have several videos and tutorials to help you learn the system from the Knowledge Base.

 

 

Starting your Brand...


Lastly, we will be needing you to send and submit your White Label Setup Form. This form will be located in the "Getting Started" email you should have received upon signing up. Just in case, here is the link to the form again: White Label Setup Form

 

Anticipation & Expectations

Upon receiving your White Label Setup Form, we will be completing the Branding process of your system (hosting your domain, processing a secured site licence, etc). When this is completed, you can anticipate a follow up call informing you that we have completed your Brand. At that same time we will be arranging a final appointment for you to speak with Andy in our White Label Team. He will provide you with tactics, strategies and answers to any questions you may have from reviewing the Knowledge Base as well as any other materials you had received along the way.
