If you’re spending too much time coordinating appointments, make that a thing of the past!

Your time should be spent talking to interested prospects and closing deals, not in back-and-forth emails setting up appointments.

And now, thankfully, you don’t have to.

Let’s make it painless for people to book appointments with you {first_name}.

If you haven’t yet, you’ll want to Create a Calendar.

Here are a few cool things to note when creating your calendar.

  1. You can set up Appointment SMS and Email Notifications to notify yourself (or someone on your team) when someone sets an appointment on your calendar.
  2. You can also set up Appointment SMS, Email, & Voicemail Reminders to remind yourself and/or the person who booked the appointment on your calendar.
  3. You can set up appointments to be approved automatically or require manual approval.
  4. You can create Unlimited Calendars. So if you want 86 different calendars for 86 different types of appointments, go right ahead!
  5. Your calendars are editable. So don’t worry about making it perfect. “Available Appointment Time” is the only thing you can’t edit once you’ve created your calendar. If you need to change your available appointment time later, you would create a new calendar

So go ahead and Create Your Calendar

Now that you’ve created a calendar, you can share the custom link on your site, in emails, text messages, wherever you want people to book meetings with you.

And here’s how you Manage Your Calendar and Appointments including…

  • Sharing Your Calendar Link
  • Embedding Your Calendar on your website
  • Syncing with Outside Calendars
  • Adding More Reminders
  • Updating Appointments
  • and Adding/Updating Custom Fields

Thanks!
