The CRM Pipeline in your account is fully customizable to fit your unique sales process. I’m sure you have certain “statuses” prospects move through to become a customer, and even once they’re a customer. 


Your account has default statuses automatically set up. And you have the ability to Edit, Delete, and Add your own Statuses.


So your next step in your Quick, Easy, Painless Set Up is to...

Create, and Start Using, Your Pipeline


Here’s how...

  1. List the Deal Statuses that are important for your business (i.e. Webinar Registrant, Meeting Booked, Proposal Sent, Closed Deal, etc.)
  2. Add/Edit those Deal Statuses in your “Default Status” section under the “Leads” tab in your account.
  3. Assign Deal Statuses to your contacts

Once that’s set up, you can view your CRM Pipeline under “Leads Manager V2” under the “Leads” tab. https://crmhelp.groovehq.com/help/contact-manager-v2


Viewing this in KANBAN mode will allow you (and everyone on your team) to have a crystal clear understanding of the status of all your contacts.
 

You can move leads through different statuses, view all lead activities, and easily manage your teams’ priorities.
