I hope this note finds you doing exceptionally well particularly as we see the Holiday Season come into full swing.
 
I’m writing today to let you know about our 2022 roadmap and our Black Friday Event.
 

2022 Roadmap:

  • Expand our team with a dedicated Client Relationship Manager. This person will keep in touch with you regularly. As you have needs, they will assign the projects to our support team or loop me in for consulting. He’s been hired and will be making calls soon. His name is Keao. Please give him a great big Aloha when he calls.
 
  • Expand our Support team so that we can increase our support responsiveness from next day to same day for many requests. We will also be rounding out our design team. We expect to have these positions largely filled in the first four months of 2022.
 
  • Re-write all our pre-existing content. (Work has already begun.) This will insert variables so that as the content is placed on your site it will have more “local” ranking power. We will be updating content as needed to continue to be relevant. If you have a current content subscription on your site, the content will be re-pulled to reflect the enhancements. Remember you MUST be subscribed to our content to have that content on your site.
 
  • Host regular training “clinics” designed to help you get the most out of our solutions. We’ve talked about and been planning these for a while and I’m excited they are launching. They will be “hands on” and designed to answer common and uncommon questions… all fueled by what you’ve asked for via past support requests, etc.
 
  • Launch optional clinics that focus on specific marketing goals. There will be at least six of these and they will likely run 2x a year. We expect there will be a cost to participate in each and there will be a ton of value included as a part of these clinics. Open to the public, existing clients will save 50% off. Topics include:
  1. Getting and Keeping -Star Reviews on Demand
  2. Making Social Work for You
  3. Conquering On-Page Search Engine Optimization
  4. Building Authority to Increase Traffic and Sales
  5. How to Cut Time Making Cold Calls and Double Your Sales Impact
  6. The Best Techniques for Creating Instant Traffic from Qualified Prospects
  7. Insights on Hiring Interns / Virtual Assistants
 
There’s more planned including greater speed enhancements and more features. This gives you a taste for what is going to be an exciting 2022.

Put simply this is the best Black Friday deal we’ve offered in the 20-plus years we’ve been serving clients. I’m so excited about what’s being presented I can hardly contain myself. It’s going to run the entire months of November and December.
