It's Christmas, are you ready?
 

As we hit upon the darkest time of the year, Christmas reminds us about light...

...The days will soon be brighter and longer. (Living on the Oregon Coast, I'll take all the bright days I can get. How about you?)

As we move into the New Year, this is a great time to ask two simple questions:

How have I brough light to others in the year? How will I bring more next year?

For example, simply smiling more can bring happiness and long-life for yourself while positively impacting the menatl health of the others who see your smile. (Here's a fun quick read on smiles.)

And if you look at my picture below and see a smiling face, that's how I am in this moment I'm writing you...
