New Salesforce University Applicant Enrollment

Please fill out your applicant's information to enroll them in the training program.

Once you fill out your applicants details, they will receive all the steps to complete the first phase of training, which can be done in as little a 1 day.  Once they complete phase 1, they will need to request their login credentials to finish 1-on-1 training, which typically last a minimum of 2-3 days.  

We work with the trainee to make sure they understand how to make calls in the system, are comfortable making the sales pitch, and understand how to operate the lead generation campaign we teach, and when our training manager feels the trainee is ready, the trainee is handed back to you.  However, this is not the end of their training and coaching!

Following the initial training, continuing education and coaching is ongoing for 30-90 days.

We recommend you take an active role in communicating with your new independent representative as regularly as possible and set clear expectations regarding what you require of them.  Communication is vital to the success of your agent.  This is a good time to build on your relationship so your new rep has a strong support network with you as their manager, an element that is imperative for the longevity of your working relationship.
