Congratulations on your recent purchase for our exclusive new program!

PLEASE NOTE: You may have noticed, we are not making any information regarding this program readily available on the web, and we counting on you to keep the details of this program limited to only those who have a need to know.

For this reason, PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS provided to you here to ensure you are collecting all the required documents from your new hires, otherwise they will not be allowed to enter training.

Let's get you started:

1.  If you haven't attended Mark's webinar describing the program, start by signing yourself up here ASAP.

2.  Download the Sale Documents Mark discusses in the webinar and brand them accordingly.  Share these with your agents upon their completion of the training webinar

To Enroll agents in training:

1.  Once you hire a new agent, you should have them fill out ALL the forms provided in the New Hire Documents folder.  The first document in this folder is an additional checklist to assist you.

2.  Do not forget to give your new agents all of your contact information so they know who you are!!


3.  Before you enroll an agent, agent will be required to submit (to you) a copy of their signed non-disclosure agreement.  No Exceptions.

Once you enroll an agent:

Once you enroll your agent in training, they will receive their directions at the email you enter as their contact email.  They will be instructed as follows:

1.  Sign up for the class at a time that suits them.  The class is under 2 hours.

2.  They are instructed to contact you once the class is over to receive the following BRANDED PDF documents provided to you above:
     - Dealership Letter with your branding
     - Agreement/Contract with your branding
     - Sales Script with your branding

3.  Agents have access to 1-on-1 training with Ken Young, who will continue to be their training manager and is available to answer questions after the class. Agents looking for additional training may schedule an appointment with Ken here (which they have been provided).

Tips for Success:

Your agents success in this program will be increased the more hands on you are with your agents from the moment you hire them.  We advise new managers as follows:

     a)  Set the tone of what you're looking for from the very first contact with your agent.  You do not have to be an expert sales person, and if you are not, you shouldn't pretend to be one; and its wise to outline that during the interview.  Express that you're looking for someone who is self-motivated and understands what it takes to close a deal.

     b)  You need to clearly understand the details of the program and the procedure to be followed once a sale is made.  You should be able to answer technical questions about the execution of the program for your agent.  Questions, for example, regarding how to fill out the contract, what your agent should do once he makes a sale, how much to charge for the program, any minimums on the pricing, and any other expectations you may have for them to conduct the sale.  

     c)  As a manager, you have a lot of flexibility on how you want to execute this program.  While we have provided you with a sample of how a filled out contract may appear to assist your understanding of the process we have created, we've provided you with word documents for all of the documents so that you have the flexibility to edit these contracts as you see fit.  Just understand that the training is based on what we have sent to you, so any drastic changes you will want to explain to your agent.
