Either record the following messages using Audacity (can be found by selecting Setting >> Voice recorder inside your system) or call 702-978-8005 and leave them in my voicemail so that I can place your voicemail greeting and outgoing voicemail drops into your system.

Incoming greeting (create .mp3 file if recording yourself):

"This is {first_name} with {company}. I'm not available to take your call right now. Please leave your name, number, and a brief message and I'll call you right back."

1st voicemail drop (.wav file)

“Hi, it's {first_name} with {company}. I was wondering if you are able to take on some extra customers right now. If so please give me a call back at your earliest convenience. Again this is [first name] and my number is _______________.”

2ND VOICEMAIL (also a .wav file):

Hi, it’s {first_name} again. I called you yesterday about taking on new customers. I’m in the office for the next few hours. Would you give me a call back, as soon as you get this? My number is ______________. Thanks.”
