Your Pay Per Call campaign is set up and you should start receiving calls within the next 3-5 days to your designated forwarding number at {phone} .  Please read this entire Onboarding Email for information about your account.

If any caller is ever outside of your agreed upon territory or they aren’t a prospect looking for your services email billing@berryperformance.com the day the call occurred and provide the following information:
 
Date and Time of Call
Phone Number that called you
Type of issue: (out of area or wasn't calling about your services)
Your name:
Your account ID which is  {company} 

The call may or may not be from Berry Performance Marketing but if it is we will look up the recording, verify the issue and it will be deducted from your billable calls for the next billing date.  In the case it was not a call generated by Berry Performance Marketing it will not show up in your weekly Call Log sent out over the weekend or on Mondays.

If you have any non-billing related issues such as you would like to scale up and receive more calls you may email our Support Team at support@berryperformance.com anytime or call your Account Manager.
