Houses are selling. The market is at an all-time low for inventory, creating a seller’s market. It’s either a Diamond or Deal that’s selling, the two extremes of houses for sale.

Homes that are not a Diamond are not selling unless they are priced as a Deal.

Most agents say that PRICE and LOCATION are the two most important factors that cause a house to sell, but more often than not it is simply condition.
