You know I've told you about the differences between shopping for homes yourself versus shopping with an agent. I just wanted to send you another reminder in case you're thinking about working with an agent.

We have access to the local MLS board and our huge Keller Williams family. With that being said, we are the first to know when new listings come on the market or when potential listings might be arriving.

Another benefit is that we have access to all homes listed with an agent, meaning that we can get you into any home. No longer will you have to wait days and days while you and the seller arrange a time that you can come visit the house.
