{first_name},

With how many homes you've either visited or looked at by this point in time, I'm sure you have experienced this at least once or twice. If not, I'm happy to share this information with you.

One of the things we tell our prospective buyers is that there's always more to the home than the online pictures tell you.

Every home tells a story. Unfortunately, it's pretty easy to tell a different (and usually better) story through photographs. Don't be afraid to ask the selling agent or sellers direct questions about an area you're concerned about.

If you're seriously interested in a home, it's a necessity that you go see it in person. Some people feel like they can get the general idea of the home from pictures and then submit an offer, but they almost always end up disappointed with something they weren't aware of before purchase.

This may sound like common sense to you, but many buyers don't think to do this. Let us know if there are any homes that you'd like to go see. Thanks!

Best,

John
