It's John again with another piece of advice for your home search!

This may sound pretty basic, but there are so many people that still aren't doing it.

Next time you're going to look at a few different homes, start making a checklist or Pros and Cons list.

Doing so can really make a huge difference in deciding which homes you like better. It will help eliminate the emotional factor that may cloud your judgment.
