I thought of another piece of advice to send you since you're still trying to find a home.

It may sound scary at first, but remodeling can actually save you money and help you find a home that will fit your criteria. When we work with sellers, we provide them with advice on items they can update that will give them the most return for their money.

Some items can even double or triple your investment.
