I wanted to give you some insight about a popular site people use to find homes -- Zillow.

One of the most common complaints we hear about Zillow is that the listings and prices are often out of date. We aren't exactly sure why this happens, but it is definitely something we have noticed too.

One of the frequent issues we see is that one home that has been previously sold will still have the listing from the previous sale. This causes a lot of confusion, mostly because the listing photos and price are almost always different from the first sale to the second.
