I forgot to suggest an easy way for you to market your home that less than 1% of agents actually do for their clients. Did you know a recent study said that 78% of homebuyers want to see full motion video of the home before they consider buying it?

Video you shoot of your home from a video camera or your smartphone can be uploaded to YouTube, Facebook, and other websites where homebuyers may find your home, such as Zillow or Trulia.

HINT: At the end of any video or photo collection, list your own contact information with your own phone number.

Do you know the truth about how Zillow makes their money? If you look up your listings, you'll usually see a rotating list of three real estate agents—these agents pay Zillow to have their contact information
shown to the public, causing most buyers to assume those agents already represent your house.

They pay big money to capture and sway all potential buyers into working through them rather than calling you directly.

We pay Zillow to prevent these types of agents from appearing on any of our listings, and our contact information is always placed on the pictures of the homes to help further prevent this practice.
