Why not set out to earn some real passive income,

What if you reached out to your professional contacts?

Financial planner, Insurance salesman, etc...) These
professionals often know their clients, and might know
if someone is moving into or out of the area.

 
Don't forget your service contacts, these people also
know if their clients are moving into or out of the area.  
(Your Hair stylist, Drycleaner, Nail salon, Coffee Shop,
Restaurant, Florist, Daycare provider, etc...)  Why not
drop off a business card or flyer?  (NOTE:  We can print
and design one for you.)  After all, you are the person
who can set people up with the real estate professional
that meets their needs.

 
Even chance encounters, wherever you are, let people
know that you are a Referral Agent and can help them
find the perfect Realtor for their needs.  Whether you
are shopping, running errands, or at garage sales or
auctions, start noticing people with real estate needs
that you would "normally" overlook.  That's the reticular
activator at work and that can make all the difference.

 
THE RETICULAR ACTIVATOR is a part of the brain that
