a move.  You yourself, might not have any real estate needs now.

You worked hard, put in hours just to get your real estate license.
Don't let your license expire, go inactive, or just park your license at
your previous Brokerage where you have little to zero earning potential.

Refer family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, distant relatives, contacts on
social media like (facebook, linked-in, twitter, pinterest, instagram, etc...)
and most importantly YOUR PAST CLIENTS.  Past clients can be an excellent
source of referrals in the future. Keep in touch or get back in touch and let
them know you can still help them with their real estate needs.

know, we will keep you as well as any referral you entrust in us constantly
informed and in the loop.  As you may have gathered, we are not the type
of agent that sticks a sign in the yard, sits back, and does not communicate.
