To reiterate, you get 100% of all the referral fee, for any referrals
that you send us.  We pay Capital Referral Group, their portion of
the split, you get the full referral amount.

 

We pay you a 30% referral fee on any property that you buy or sell
through us, either personal or as an investment.

 

We pay you a 27% referral fee for any referral that you send  us.  
As long as they are not our own past clients, customers we are
already working with, or a referral from another licensee.

 

Finally, we are always looking for talent, if you know of someone 
looking to either get back in real estate or get into the business,
